This is the first report in the Council's new three-year Atlantic Growth Project research series centered around solving key labour, financing and innovation issues facing Atlantic provinces.  

This report establishes a foundation for the series. It explains how growth, living standards, and productivity are linked, emphasizing the need to raise productivity for the region’s and country’s future.
