Cheryl Fraser was previously Crombie REITs Chief Talent Officer and Vice President, Communications. Prior to joining Crombie, Ms. Fraser was Assistant Commissioner and Chief Human Resource Officer for the Canada Revenue Agency. In addition, Ms. Fraser held
Assistant Deputy Minister positions in the Correctional Service of Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat and Fisheries and Oceans. Ms. Fraser is also an active Board Director. She is on the Board of Concentra Bank, the Mental Health Commission
of Canada where she Chairs the HRCC, and on the Board of the Aberdeen Health Foundation where she Chairs the GN Committee. She is past Chair of the Board of the YMCA of Pictou County. Ms. Fraser is a graduate of ICD-Rotman, Directors Education
Program, and holds a Masters of Environmental Studies (Resource Economics) and a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Dalhousie University. To celebrate her exceptional career accomplishments, she received the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal
in 2012. Ms. Fraser lives in New Glasgow NS having relocated from Ottawa ON in 2012 to join Crombie.
