Brent Miller is Vice President, East Coast for Suncor Energy. Brent is responsible for all of Suncor’s offshore production, development and exploration on Canada’s East Coast. Included in the region is the operatorship of the Terra Nova floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) and joint-venture partnership with the Hibernia, White Rose and Hebron developments.

Brent started his career with Suncor Energy as a geophysicist, and has been with the company for 25 years. His history with the east coast oil and gas industry dates back to 2005 when he was geophysicist for Suncor’s offshore activities. Over that time, Brent has gained extensive leadership experience through various technical, operational and management roles and in various locations.

Prior to becoming VP East Coast, Brent’s roles included Suncor’s Manager of North American Exploration, Libyan Exploration Manager, General Manager for Terra Nova, Country Manager for Norway, and General Manager, Strategy at Suncor’s Fort Hills, Alberta site.
